No preparation is required, but we invite you to come with an open heart and a willingness to see your child in a new light. That openness is the only thing you need to bring.

Each session will offer insights worth capturing. Have a notebook and pen nearby to jot down what resonates with you.

Think about your child

Spend a few quiet moments reflecting on your child — their strengths, their struggles, and the moments that leave you wondering. Come with them in mind.

Come with curiosity

You don't need to have answers, or even the right questions. Simply bring an open mind and a desire to understand your child more deeply.
